“Hibiscus Tours & Safaris” means Inspiring Travel LTD, a company incorporated in Zanzibar under the Zanzibar Companies Decree (Cap. 153) and having its registered office at Lumumba Zanzibar Town, 1023, Tanzania and “we”, “us” and “our” shall refer to Hibiscus Tours & Safaris;
“you” means the person engaging Hibiscus Tours & Safaris to provide the Service; “Service” “itinerary” “holiday” “tour” means the holiday booking and advice service provided by Hibiscus Tours & Safaris and/or its nominated sub-contractors and suppliers.
This website is a free information resource, although all its content is copyright protected. If you have asked us to make bookings for any accommodation or activities, then the following terms and conditions are binding unless otherwise stated in writing.

We will do our best to advise you on destination details such as visa and medical requirements to the best of our ability. However, it is your obligation to investigate your own needs and to contact us for clarification if you are confused. As a result, we cannot be held liable if you are refused entrance into a country or become ill, incurring additional fees and hardship.
We, nor any person working on our behalf, will be held accountable for any loss or damage of any kind, coming from any source at all, including loss or damage resulting from any errors or omissions in our content or correspondence.
You will surely meet other visitors from other ethnicities and cultures. Their behavior may occasionally deviate from your expectations, and on rare occasions, this may be frustrating and upsetting to you; nonetheless, we cannot be held liable for these unfortunate occurrences. Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zanzibar without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zanzibar courts in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
